KTTLS calculates a recommended starting weight based on your age and gender. We always err on the side of lighter weights to ensure you build proper form. The AI will progress you as you demonstrate readiness.

Yes! KTTLS is an offline-first app. All workouts are available offline, and your progress is saved locally. When you reconnect, everything syncs automatically.

The 'winter' and 'summer' categories in KTTLS refer to the physical qualities needed, not your actual climate. If you snowboard in the southern hemisphere summer, set winter as your current season manually.

Add your planned trips (ski trips, golf vacations, etc.) to the app. KTTLS automatically adjusts your training: ramping up 2-4 weeks before, peaking 1 week before, tapering 3 days before, and helping you recover after.
